Daryl R. Hayes has been trying lawsuits in Texas since 1994.  He is a champion of the victim, the injured and the forgotten.  Daryl learned the techniques, tricks and secrets of the defense industry in his years representing large corporations and hospitals.  Now, Daryl devotes his career to maximizing the recovery of individuals wronged by the neglect and carelessness of others.  Daryl is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and litigates cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and substantial financial damages arising from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, oilfield injuries, pharmacy errors, medical malpractice and slip and fall accidents. He is seasoned, experienced and knows the ropes for both sides of the case.  Daryl takes great pride in not being a “typical lawyer.”  Indeed, Daryl actually speaks the “human language” (with a Texas accent of course).

Daryl has been an invited guest on several television shows and news programs discussing legal topics.  Daryl was a co-host of a television program discussing legal issues and commentaries.  While Daryl enjoys speaking and appearing on television, his true passion is seeking justice for his clients—in the pressure cooker of the courtroom.  Daryl’s knowledge of the law and ability to effectively communicate has been recognized by his peers as Daryl has been invited to present lectures to audiences of attorneys at Continuing Education Seminars.

Daryl recognizes that success at trial is not by accident; it is through intense preparation that requires a team effort.  He acknowledges that the MVP of all successful trial teams is the client.  Daryl considers it an honor and privilege every time he is asked to speak to the jury and present his client’s case.  Daryl has been recognized by Verdict Search as having achieved a top verdict in the State of Texas.

Outside of the office, Daryl is an avid sports fan. While he appreciates and cheers outstanding athletic accomplishments of all types—regardless of the team—Daryl is a fanatical fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and San Antonio Spurs.
